Fairways of Blackhawk Community Clubhouse and Amenities

The amenity center clubhouse is available to The Fairways of Blackhawk residents for their occasional personal recreational and social use only. This privilege is granted solely to lot owners of record or to their registered lessees or renters on an availability basis only.

To reserve a date for the clubhouse:

• Check the calendar for clubhouse availability
• Call or email the clubhouse coordinator with your name and event date
• Print the Clubhouse Lease Agreement
• Write one $50.00 deposit check made out to FOBHOA
  
• Deliver paperwork and check to 19313 Kennemer Dr. within 48 hours to reserve your date  *Please note that your reservation will not be secure until your deposit and paperwork have been received.*
• Call or email 2 days prior to your event to schedule key pickup.
